the building has a classy design with art nouveau spa facilities the executive lounge had great service the room was comfortable warm quiet and spacious i appreciated the flawless housekeeping
i did find the check-in process to be quite slow which was a bit inconvenient after a long journey the staff could have been faster

i adored the marble details throughout the hotel! it felt wonderfully luxurious. the staff were friendly, they really were really good. our room was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was prompt, this was a great plus. the breakfast had a very good and fresh selection, i really enjoyed it.
the air conditioning was a little difficult to adjust, i could not get the room as cool as i like it.

the hotel sits near andrassy street! many restaurants are nearby. getting around was easy because it is a walkable location, so i could see a lot. the metro was also nearby, a big plus.

the pool area has many amenities. there is also a beautiful pool. the spa was also fantastic and relaxing. i appreciated the overall cleanliness and upkeep, it had a great effect.

the staff was really good and very considerate, so this. the door staff gave helpful information. i liked the turndown service because it was a lovely surprise, it gave a feeling of being cared for.

i found the location quite convenient. the staff displayed helpfulness and friendliness . the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. i particularly enjoyed the various hungarian choices that were available each morning.

the breakfast box was acceptable for my early departure.
The room i booked was marketed as 'superior' but was disappointing. the carpets were dirty with stains, and the furniture looked old. during my stay, the room was never cleaned properly. The coffee and tea were not replaced after the first morning.

I appreciated the great location, near tram and metro stops. It made travelling around so easy! Staff members were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions! My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, it was a great and satisfying stay.
The shower water temperature was a little unstable, changing unexpectedly.
